• Products can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened, vacuum-sealed packaging.
• The product must be in new and unused condition, with no signs of tampering or damage.
2. Exclusions
• Products that have been removed from their vacuum-sealed packaging or used in any way cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
3. Timeframe for Return
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, as recorded in our system.
4. Process for Return

5. Shipping Requirements
• The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm if it meets the conditions for return.
• Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the product. Important Note: Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or refund. Per restituire un articolo, scrivici una e-mail a info@flyflex.it con il Numero dell’Ordine e il motivo della restituzione e il nostro team di supporto sarà lieto di assisterti con i passaggi successivi.
Sarai responsabile per eventuali spese di spedizione per la restituzione.
Rimborsi
Dopo aver ricevuto il/i tuo/i articolo/i e aver ispezionato le condizioni, elaboreremo il rimborso o lo scambio. Si prega di concedere almeno 15 giorni dalla ricezione del/i tuo/i articolo/i per elaborare la restituzione.
